Some have a pickup and drop off services for convenience. Some technicians may also take back old equipment for recycling (In the EU, this is required under WEEE rules).

4. Guarantees
With Computer + Cellphone all repairs (excluding virus removals & OS or any Operating System) devices come with a 30 days warranty. This warranty covers all functionality issues and any other issues related to the operational use of the device. Our warranty does not cover any future damage caused by the customer. We want our clients to know that they can trust us.

All repairs are first to come, first served basis. Typical completion time is 3-7 business days from check-in. Special order parts, software, and client communication delays can sometimes increase the repair completion time. Rush services are available to the start of the work only and do not include weekends.
Data (Files, Folders, Programs & Software) are the sole responsibility of the client. We highly recommend that your system is backed up prior to repair work. Due to the uncertain condition of the system at the time of check-in and the nature of repairs, THE COMPUTER + CELLPHONE CAN NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA LOSS OR INTEGRITY. The Computer + CELLPHONE will retain any backups made (if needed) for 30 days from check-in, after which data will be destroyed for confidentiality reasons.
All repairs (excluding virus removals & OS or any Operating System) are warrantied for 30 days. Parts purchased will have 30 days from The Computer + Cellphone (some parts will come with a manufacturer warranty additionally). Re-infection cannot be anticipated by The Computer + Cellphone and is never warrantied.
DIAGNOSTIC FEE DEPOSIT: $39.99 (applied to total labor for repair on the system that was checked in) – software, data transfer, and recovery fees excluded
REPAIR COST: Will not exceed $199.99 (excluding rush fees) on any repair without prior approval. No written estimate will be provided.
VIRUS FLAT RATE: $99.99 (not including data services)
Diagnostic charge is none-refundable and pays for the technician to scan system for problems & solutions
The Computer + Cellphone asks that clients pick up their system within 7 days of completion unless prior agreements are made. A computer left for longer periods may be charged a storage fee of $5/day.
30 days after completion of the work, if the system has not been picked up, The Computer + Cellphone reserves the right to dispose of the system without client consent. Data will not be saved for security reasons.
